Issue #36 Brunch Cheese Recipes |
This month: Delicious Cheese Recipes for BrunchIn this issue of the Breakfast and Brunch Express, find cheese recipes for brunch. Try cheddar cheese bread, Southern style potato casserole, or Colby cheese fruit salad, plus others.![]() Hello Everyone! Since I live in Wisconsin, and grew up on a dairy farm, I thought I would share some of my favorite cheese recipes with you. Cheese is a very versatile ingredient, especially for breakfast and brunch. It can be melted within a recipe and used as a main ingredient, or sprinkled on top for that added bit of flavor to bring a dish together. I would hazard a guess that our family uses cheese in some form of another in about 60 to 70 percent of the meals served. You may think that is a lot if you don't live in the Midwest, but I think it goes to show how versatile of an ingredient cheese can be, whether for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. It is a savory component of many dishes and whether you like just a bit of cheese in a recipe or believe more is better, I think you will be able to find something you like in the recipes below. You can also find 70 more delicious recipes in this Cheese Recipes cookbook, available for sale on my website. See below for more cookbook gift ideas. I carry 25 different titles of Old-Fashioned Cookbooks. They make a good gift for a birthday, housewarming, or Mother's Day. Happy Eating!
