This month:  Summer Fruits

In this issue of the Breakfast and Brunch Express, find recipes for summer fruits including mini fruit tarts, fruit salsa, fruit pizzas, fruit dips and more.

Hello Everyone!

Image of BlueberriesSummer fruits are in full swing! Our family just got back from a mini vacation to Door County, WI and brought home wonderful sweet and tart cherries. I was also lucky enough to receive a five pound box of Michigan blueberries. We have been happily munching on these wonderful fresh fruits for the past week now.

I hope all of you are able to take advantage of and enjoy the fruits that are in season in your hometowns or states. Besides being much less expensive, they are so much sweeter than anything you can get shipped in out of season. Scroll down for photos and recipes!

Sometimes all you need to serve fruit in season is a good fruit dip. This is a great idea for the children and also something easy to make to take for work or a picnic. Try honey and orange fruit dip, cream cheese fruit dip, marshmallow creme fruit dip, or a yogurt fruit dip.

Fresh Fruit Serving Ideas - Learn how easy it can be to pair fruits together for great taste, color and flavor.

What's New this Month

Breakfast Recipes - A selection of breakfast recipes and ideas including pancakes, waffles, French toast, breakfast casseroles, eggs, and muffins.

Brunch Recipes - A collection of brunch recipes to serve for breakfast, brunch or maybe even dinner. Find favorite recipes like stuffed green peppers, eggs Benedict, breakfast pizza, apricot scones, blueberry coffee cake, and more.

Old-Fashioned Cookbooks

These wonderful paperback cookbooks have 65-75 recipes in each of them and are dedicated to a specific type of fruit. You will find all of your favorites in these cookbooks! Find recipes for berry and cherry, apple, peach, pumpkin, orange, and strawberry. They make a nice wedding, shower, or housewarming gift, along with rounding out your own collection. I am usually able to ship them out to you the next day.

Happy Eating!
