You will get an accurate measurement as the measures feature a plunger action that will get every last bit out of the measuring cup.Baker's Edge Brownie Pan Digital Kitchen Scale- Ever had one of those recipes where everything was listed in ounces or grams? This digital scale makes it easy to measure an ingredient and add another. They will weigh up to 10 pounds and the best part about it is the add & weigh tare function. You can place your bowl on the scale, zero out the weight and accurately measure your ingredients, zeroing out the scale each time you add a new ingredient. This is really what you need when you have recipes that need precise measurements and you can eliminate the need for measuring cups. Hanging Oven Temperature Gauge- If you have ever wondered just how accurate your oven termperature really is, this easy to read oven thermometer will keep you in the know. It hangs on one of the oven grates and can be moved around so you can tell if you have hot spots or cool areas in your oven. You can then adjust your baking temperature or baking time to accommodate your oven so you baked goods turn out the way you want. It is accurate to 500 degrees.
