The Breakfast and Brunch Express, Issue #11 Muffin Recipes
March 08, 2007
Hello!

This month: Delicious Homemade Muffin Recipes

Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffin        Cranberry Muffins        Chocolate Muffins

It has been a little longer than usual since I have sent out a newsletter. I have been busy doing some revamping and clean-up on my website and have also been busy adding a brand new product line of Bear Wallow Cookbooks for sale.

Well, hopefully winter is on its way out the doors as we head into March. For those of you who live in the colder northern climates, I am sure your thoughts are yearning for spring planting, being outside and not having to bundle up just to get into your car. While the winter is still around, I find myself doing more baking than in the summer.

In this newsletter, I wanted to share some of my favorite muffin recipes with you. Muffins are a sweet treat that are welcomed at breakfast and brunch. They are best served warm with butter and disappear quickly.

A Helpful Hint:

When bread is baking, a small dish of water in the oven will help to keep the crust from getting too hard.

Quote for the Day:

If we fill our hour with regrets of yesterday and with the worries of tomorrow, we have no today in which to be thankful.
