Yogurt SmoothieIn this issue of the Breakfast and Brunch Express, I rather figured that most everyone was on a New Year's diet by now and talking about calorie laden food wasn't going to hold much interest so soon after the holidays.

In this issue, you will find some delicious healthy recipes for fruit smoothies and shakes. Many of these smoothies are low carb and low fat and made with fresh fruits and yogurt.

If this is your first issue of the Breakfast and Brunch Express, let me take a moment to welcome you.
