Hello Everyone!

Since Valentine's Day is right around the corner, I wanted to make something special and festive to chase away the mid-winter dreariness.

I have wanted to make the chocolate chip pancakes for a while, and I thought now was a perfect opportunity. I just bought a set of pancake molds that I wanted to try out. One is a nice heart shape and the other is a daisy shape. Both make a cheery presentation that will send a special message to your Valentine's day sweetheart and also be a lot of fun for the children to eat.

I have also chosen a few other recipes such as blueberry sauce, deviled eggs, fruit pizza, roast beef hash quiche, and a Bellini cocktail that can make a nice addition to a Valentine's Day brunch menu.

Happy Eating!
