Fresh Apple Nut Bread

Fresh Apple Nut Bread
This is from my Grandma's recipe box collection.Ingredient List: 1/4 cup soft butter 2/3 cup white sugar 1 egg 1/4 cup sour cream 2 large apples, grated 1-3/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup pecans,chopped fine
Instructions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Step 2: Grease and flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Step 3: In a medium bowl, mix together the butter and sugar. Step 4: Add the egg, sour cream and grated apples. Step 5: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Step 6: Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring well. Step 7: Stir in the finely chopped pecans. Step 8: Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
