Baking Time: 60 minutes Ingredient List: 1 dozen eggs (12 eggs) Baking Equipment Needed 9" x 13" baking dish, sprayed
with non-stick cooking spray Instructions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Step 3: Melt butter in a small bowl and whisk in to above mixture. Step 4: Pour into your baking dish and sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chopped onion over the egg mixture. Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Step 6: Turn eggs carefully with a spoon and then layer the Swiss cheese evenly on top of the mixture. Step 7: Bake 30-45 minutes longer. Serve this baked egg recipe with bacon, toast and and your favorite flavor of jam, jelly or preserves for breakfast or brunch. To make this egg casserole ahead the night before: mix all ingredients as instructed up to step 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
