Ingredient List:
1 cup Bran Flakes cereal
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
3 Tablespoons soft butter
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Combine bran flakes and milk in a mixing bowl and let stand until moistened.
Step 3: Add the egg, butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir ingredients together just until combined. Do not over-mix.
Step 4: Fill paper lined muffin tins 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
