Broccoli Salad with Fresh Vegetables

A quick and easy broccoli salad recipe made with broccoli, cauliflower, sunflower seeds, bacon, and raisins and topped with a mayonnaise dressing.

It is a great side dish for the spring and summer months and nice to bring to an office party or a summer picnic.

This salad is refreshing and makes quite a large batch. There is easily enough for a crowd, at about 12 servings. You may certainly cut the recipe in half, if desired.

You can also add slivered almonds, shredded carrots, or radishes as a substitute for the onion, sunflower seeds, or raisins if you wish.

You might want to check out this broccoli salad recipe also. It is a bit different and uses hard cooked eggs.
