A quick and easy broccoli salad recipe made with broccoli, cauliflower, sunflower seeds, bacon, and raisins and topped with a mayonnaise dressing.
This salad is refreshing and makes quite a large batch. There is easily enough for a crowd, at about 12 servings. You may certainly cut the recipe in half, if desired.
You can also add slivered almonds, shredded carrots, or radishes as a substitute for the onion, sunflower seeds, or raisins if you wish.
