2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
2 cups fresh buttermilk
2 Tablespoons melted butter

Medium mixing bowl
hot griddle or frying pan
Instructions:
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
Step 2: Add eggs and buttermilk; stir until well blended.
Step 3: Ladle batter on hot griddle and fry for a few minutes until bubbles start to form on top.
Step 4: Flip and brown on the other side.
Step 5: Repeat until batter is used up.
Serve with butter, maple syrup or a good strawberry jam.
