Cinnamon Syrup

Cinnamon SyrupCinnamon syrup is made with ground cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar and cooked into a sweet syrup. Serve this homemade syrup over pancakes, waffles, or French toast for breakfast or brunch.

This cinnamon sauce can also be drizzled on top of vanilla ice cream, crepes, pound cake or bread pudding for an absolutely delicious treat.

The brown sugar in this syrup recipe forms a rich brown sauce with little specks of cinnamon throughout. Serve it warm on top of your favorite dessert or sweet breakfast dish.
