Easy Coffeecake Recipe

CoffeecakeAn easy coffeecake recipe made with flour, sugar, milk, and butter, and topped with brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Serve this coffeecake warm for breakfast, brunch or an afternoon snack and add a sweet treat to your day.

Brown sugar and pecans on top form a crunchy crust that gives a nice texture to the fine crumb of this coffeecake. Serve with warm vanilla sauce over the top to make it complete.

Serve with a good cup of coffee or tea when that unexpected company is showing up soon, as this only takes about 15 minutes to prepare and about 30 minutes to bake. You could also serve this cake as part of a Sunday brunch menu along with fresh or dried fruit. You can also find more recipes like this easy coffeecake recipe here.
