Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375
degrees.
Step
2: Drain both cans of peaches and place in
a medium mixing bowl. Add
coffee liqueur and sugar. Allow to stand while mixing the
remaining
ingredients.

To make the batter: In a separate medium mixing bowl, add the flour,
sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and mix together.

4: Add in a slightly beaten egg, vanilla, and
melted butter. Mix the batter well.
