Ingredient List:

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 Tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
grated lemon zest

Kitchen Equipment Needed

Medium mixing bowl

Instructions:

Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, honey, ginger, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.

Step 2: Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.

Step 3: Sprinkle with grated lemon rind when ready to serve.

Makes 2 cups of dip.
