Try
this quick and easy golden onion quiche recipe made
especially for the microwave.
It
is made with a
frozen piecrust, French fried onions, mozzarella cheese, cream and
chives.
It has
the
crunchiness and flavor of French-fried onions, but inside this quiche
recipe
is smooth and mellow.
Heavy
cream makes the eggs light and fluffy and
the mozzarella cheese complements the French fried onions in this egg
recipe.
This is a different take on a breakfast or
brunch quiche. This is the original recipe from a microwave class in
the early 1980's and is baked in the microwave.
This breakfast recipe works well for any meal of the day.
