1 Tablespoon vegetable oil 1
Tablespoon chopped onion 1/3 cup chopped green pepper salt
and pepper to taste 1 cup cooked or canned diced tomatoes 1-1/2
cup cooked or canned green beans toasted bread cubes

Instructions:
Step 1: Heat the
vegetable oil and brown the onions and green peppers.
Step
2: Add the diced tomatoes and cook slowly for about
15 minutes.
Step
3: Add the green beans and season to taste with
salt and pepper. Heat through. Turn into a serving dish.
Step
4: To make the toasted bread cubes, place two slices of bread
in the toaster and toast until medium to dark brown. Do not burn the
toast!
Step
5: Cut the bread into small cubes and top the Spanish snap
beans with the bread cubes.
Serves 4.
