This ham and cheese brunch casserole is made with ham, cheese, broccoli, eggs, and bread.
This is a wonderful breakfast casserole recipe to make ahead the night before especially if you have guests staying over at your house.

Baking Time: 60 minutes
This recipe is from my mom's recipe box collection.Ingredient List:
12 slices bread, trimmed and cubed.
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained. (Or use fresh cut into small pieces).
2 cups diced ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups milk
1 small onion finely chopped (or 2 teaspoons onion flakes)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
Baking Equipment Needed
1-9" x 13" baking pan, buttered
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cover bottom of buttered 9x13 inch pan with half of the bread cubes.
Step 3: Layer broccoli, ham and cheese over bread.
Step 4: Top with remaining bread cubes.
Step 5: Combine eggs, milk, salt, seasonings and pour over casserole.
Step 6: Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Step 7: Bake in a 350 degree oven until it tests done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, or 55-60 minutes.
Step 8: Let stand 10 minutes and cut into squares. Makes 8-10 servings.
