Hamburger Quiche Recipe

Ingredient

1-pound
hamburger, thawed
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet or yellow
onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1
Tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1-1/2
cups shredded medium cheddar cheese

12" quiche pan, sprayed with cooking spray
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step
2: Crumble and brown hamburger meat, drain off extra fat.
Cool slightly.
Step 3:
In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch, salt
and eggs.
Step 4:
Spray quiche pan with cooking spray.
Step
5: Evenly spread out the crumbled hamburger on the bottom of
the quiche pan.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the hamburger.
Step 7: Pour the egg and
milk mixture evenly over everything.

8: Bake for 35-40 minutes until the hamburger quiche is
golden brown and set in the center.
