Peach Coffee Cake Recipe
Prep

Ingredient List:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1- 21 ounce can peach pie filling

Streusel Topping
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup finely ground pecans

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Grease and flour a 9" x 9" pan. You may also use a 7" x 11"
pan.
Step 2: Sift the dry ingredients
together in a large bowl.
Step 3: Add milk, egg whites,
butter and vanilla. Beat using a whisk for 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
Step
4: Pour batter into greased pan.
Step 5: Sprinkle 1/2 of the
Streusel Topping mixture on top of the batter.
Step 6: Carefully spoon the peach
pie filling over the top of the batter, distributing evenly to cover
the batter.
Step 7: Sprinkle the remaining
Streusel Topping mixture on top of the peach pie filling.
Step 8: Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool
completely before cutting.
