Ingredient List:
3 cups peeled, diced raw potatoes
1 small onion, quartered
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Kitchen Equipment Needed
Food processor or blender
griddle or frying pan
Instructions:
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Step 2: Blend until all potatoes go through the blades, about 10 seconds. (Do not overblend as potatoes will liquify.)
Step 3: Pour small amounts on a hot, greased griddle and fry until brown on both sides, turning once.
Step 4: Serve warm with butter and maple syrup or applesauce.
