Strawberry
Banana Smoothie Prep
Time: 10 minutes
Ingredient List:
6 large strawberries
1 large banana
6 to 8 ounces lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
4 ounces ice cubes
Kitchen Equipment Needed
Electric Kitchen blender
Instructions:
Step 1: Slice strawberries and
banana in half and place in blender.
Step 2: Add vanilla yogurt and
milk.
Step 3: Add ice cubes.
Step 4: Process in blender until
smooth.
Step 5: Garnish with a strawberry
and sprig of mint leaf if desired.
Makes (4) 6 ounce servings. Also try substituting
French vanilla yogurt for the standard vanilla yogurt.
