6 large strawberries 1 large banana 6 to 8 ounces lowfat vanilla yogurt 1 cup milk 4 ounces ice cubes

Instructions:
Step 1: Slice strawberries and banana in half and place in blender.
Step 2: Add vanilla yogurt and milk.
Step 3: Add ice cubes.
