This delicious strawberry banana smoothie recipe is made from fresh strawberries, bananas, and vanilla yogurt.

These are two of my favorite flavors combined into a creamy smoothie. It is a filling breakfast or an easy after-school snack that is full of proteinn and calcium.
This strawberry banana smoothie recipe makes enought for 4 servings, so if you have any leftovers, just refrigerate the blender container and give it a quick whir the next morning and it will taste as fresh as the first time.

Ingredient List:
6 large strawberries
1 large banana
6 to 8 ounces lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
4 ounces ice cubes
Kitchen Equipment Needed
Electric Kitchen blender
Instructions:
Step 1: Slice strawberries and banana in half and place in blender.
Step 2: Add vanilla yogurt and milk.
Step 3: Add ice cubes.
Step 4: Process in blender until smooth.
Step 5: Garnish with a strawberry and sprig of mint leaf if desired.
Makes (4) 6 ounce servings. Also try substituting French vanilla yogurt for the standard vanilla yogurt.
