This month: A Thanksgiving Brunch Menu
Hello Everyone! A Thanksgiving brunch is something that you can host when you are having friends or family visit for the upcoming holiday or any time during the fall. This could be in place of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner or you could serve brunch if you are not eating your Thanksgiving dinner until late in the day.You could also use some of these recipes for the day after Thanksgiving or on the adjoining weekend as a way to get to see family members in the area that may only come to visit for the long weekend. I have added some new recipes this month as well. Try these squash muffins, applesauce muffins, cranberry sauce, and a tutorial on how to cook squash. Christmas baking is right around the corner. This Eggs Benedict
recipe is an all-time favorite breakfast and brunch menu item made with
English muffins, Canadian-Style
bacon, poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce.
These creamy
scrambled eggs are baked in the oven with milk, butter, and
cream cheese. Serve this scrambled egg recipe for an easy breakfast or
brunch.
Very little preparation makes these eggs perfect to serve when company
comes for breakfast or brunch.

Red Potatoes and Ham
A red potato recipe made with tiny red potatoes, green onion, ham, and

Colby cheese fruit salad is made with Colby cheese, apples,
grapes, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt and walnuts. Serve with
breakfast and brunch recipes like quiches, pancakes and waffles.
Breakfast Fruit Compote: The
warm bright inviting colors of the fruits are eye catching and add that
needed punch of color when you are serving a special brunch menu. Made
with prunes, apples, raisins, and oranges. A
hint of cinnamon adds a deep rich flavor to the fruit juices. Served
